Malina Villas are located near “Yagoda” Villas and are surrounded by lovely, fragrant pines in a calm and peaceful area at the end of Borovetz. The center of the resort is just 2 km away or a 30 minute walk. The option for accommodating more people in two separate sleeping rooms makes Malina Villas a preferred vacation destination for large families and groups. Our guests rely all year round on the villas’ traditional comfort, seclusion and serenity.
The settlement has 28 cozy wooden two-story houses, Polish type, which can accommodate up to 6 people.
Guests of Malina Villas are welcome in the Yagoda Restaurant (90 seats). The restaurant is situated at less than 100 meters from Malina and offers excellent cuisine and premium drinks.

The guests of Holiday Village MALINA are welcome in the Restaurant "YAGODA" with a capacity of 90 seats, where a traditional menu with a wide range of Bulgarian dishes are served. Built in a typical Finnish village style, the restaurant offers excellent cuisine and a cozy atmosphere.
Our team of professionals will assist you in organizing banquets, formal dinners, family celebrations, baptisms, weddings, etc.
All villas are two-storey and have:
- 2 separate bedrooms with 1 double and 2 single beds on the second floor;
- living room with TV, wardrobe, seating area with sofa bed and 1 extra bed;
- kitchen with table with 6 chairs, two ceramic hobs, refrigerator and kitchen counter with sink, furnished with all necessary utensils and cutlery;
- bathroom with toilet and shower;
- terrace with table and bench
